The Congress price includes:
- All Congress papers and materials
- Accommodation from November 7 to November 11, 2010 inclusively
- Sightseeing tours and visits during the Congress
- Transfers to and from the airport in Boston (Logan International Airport) or Providence (TF Green Airport), central Bonanza Bus (Peter Pan) station or Central Train Station in Providence ( AMTRAK – includes the TGV ACELA from Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York or Boston)
- All meals during the Congress except for the free evening (Wednesday)
- All Companion/Guest activities if registered
